YTD Media Hub
Privacy Policy · Last updated November 1, 2026
YTD Media Hub (ytd.the191.com) is a small personal tool that turns a video link into an audio file, and lets the owner's other apps do the same. This page explains what we collect and why. The short version: we keep as little as we can, we never sell anything, and there are no ads.
Signing in with Google
To use the website you sign in with Google. Google tells us your email address, name, and profile picture. We use your email to check that you are allowed to use the tool, and your name and picture to show who is signed in. We never see your Google password, and we don't get access to your contacts, mail, files, or anything else in your Google account.
What we store
- Your email, name, profile picture link, and when you last signed in.
- The links you submit, the title of the video, and the status of each request.
- The audio file we make for you. It is deleted automatically after 24 hours, and failed requests are cleaned up sooner.
Activity log and limits
To keep the tool running and fair, we keep a simple activity log of requests (who asked, roughly when, and what kind of request). To enforce usage limits and slow down abuse we may use a scrambled (hashed) form of your connection address; we do not write plain IP addresses to the log and we do not store precise location.
Where the work happens
This website does not contact video sites itself. A computer at the owner's home fetches the audio and sends it back to the site. Only the video link you submit is passed along for that purpose.
Sharing
We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone, and we don't use it for advertising. Signing in is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
Children
Signing in requires a Google account, which has its own age rules. This tool is not aimed at children.
Deleting your data
To have your account record and request history deleted, email mmatthew@gmail.com and we'll remove it.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the date above will change too. Questions? Email mmatthew@gmail.com.
